The Genesis™ line of digital flatbed finishing systems is a culmination of Blackman & White's forty-plus years of experience servicing a variety of textile markets. Through a number of generations and iterations of their various digital cutting solutions, Blackman and White has accumulated a vast knowledge of best practices and ideal methods for the finishing of all types of fabrics and textiles.

With this in mind, MCT Inc. and Blackman & White are proud to present the Genesis. An industry solution specifically tailored to the digital finishing of dye-sublimated and direct to substrate printed textiles.

The system is both available with or without conveyor and the ability to be scaled from 1.6m (63in) to as wide as 3.2m (126in) to accommodate most grandformat devices. Cutting lengths from 2.8m (110in) or longer custom sizes. A sophisticated camera vision registration system is standard.

The Genesis is fitted with a unique self-sharpening rotary driven wheel. Lower cost of ownership and higher productivity are only two of the benefits to be realized by the Genesis.
